Meeps Adventure

One morning on a beautiful summer’s day, there lived a princess named Marcy, a mushroom who lived in a wonderful town called Boop Village. She had a fiancé named Meep and was to be married to him in two days. However she was taken by the village’s villain who was named Mario, which translates into “mushroom eater” and sold to an evil black unicorn.
So Meep being a brave mushroom decided to go and save her. But first he had to go through the Canyons of Truth. There were two canyons and each one had something special about them. The first canyon had lava stretched out along the bottom of it and the only way across was by using some unstable platforms which if you made one wrong move you would most definitely fall down into the molten hot lava that was bellow. The second consisted of snakes, thorns and traps. Each trap would either be full of vicious snakes or thorns as mentioned before. Each trap would be marked in some extremely un-noticeable way whether it was a broken twig or an out of place rock. But this posed no challenge for Meep, living in the forest and all made it easy to tell what was out of place. The only thing that made it a little harder was when a trap was marked by a broken twig because anyone sensible enough would normally think that it was broken by an animal or bird. Once through, Meep headed for the legendary Shckem Shckem Forest.
Along the way Meep encountered a rapidly flowing river too treacherous to cross. To cope with this new obstacle, he went to a blacksmith nearby who fashioned him a sleek axe. Meep returned to the river and chopped down a tree and floated across to safety. Drearily, Meep continued several days, living on a diet consisting of oozing berries and coarse leaves.
Meep finally met his intended destination, Shckem Shckem Forest. It was very dark and dreary. A thick fog engulfed the barren, lifeless trees and there weren’t any leaves rustling with the wind. There was a distinct foul lingering smell in the still air. The sight and thought of what could be lurking in the forest made Meep tremble with fear. He longed to return home; however, the thought of his beloved fiancé, Marcy, being eaten alive, urged him to move forward. Meep used his solid sense of smell to track Marcy’s scent and went towards the direction. All of the sudden, Meep heard an unusual snorting sound. It was a flying pig. It was peach in colour, it had fluffy, white angel wings on its back, and it wore round, World War II pilot goggles. As Meep attempted to ignore the beast and pass it, it rammed him into a rock.

“Hey,” Meep yelled. The creature snorted and blocked Meep’s path. Meep began to sprint for his life when the creature flew away from Meep.
“Take that you foul coward,” chuckled Meep. It had just been made clear to him that the flying pig was running away from something larger and a potentially more perilous monster, not Meep. An evil black unicorn with one devil horn and wings stared at Meep. The fungi knew he wouldn’t be able to run down the creature so the two animals played an intense match of ‘Go Fish’. Meep played long and hard and won his way past the evil unicorn. The unicorn reluctantly agreed to let him pass.
Thump! Thump! Thump! Meep heard a sound.
